Shear Madness Haircuts for Kids - Frisco, TX

Unbelievable! My husband took my my 8 year old son for a haircut with Brittany at Frisco location. She did such a horrible job, cutting his hair too short and ugly that you have no idea! My son got back home saying "I look like a nerd mom!" and started crying. This is while his birthday is next week with so many guests coming from different parts of the world for this family reunion party and having other occasions including a big wedding. Right after he got home, I called back and talked to a girl named Emily complaining on what happened, asking for at least credit me my money back. She was nice and respectful giving me some other options. All of the sudden, some other lady named Brie took the phone from her, started arguing that you can not talk to the manager stating her schedule is unknown (!), and finally hang up the phone on me!!!! I called back, she answered the call and hang up the phone again! What a rude customer service! I've never had such a horrible encounter entire my life. Stay away from this place and save your kid's confidence and money!!!! Very disrespectful and unprofessional!

we had a great experience here, this was my 4 years olds first haircut, she is very shy around strangers and Bri her stylist was so kind and made her feel comfortable! we even got a balloon at the end which she loved. will definitely be coming back.

Shear madness is the best hands down. They are always willing to work us in last moment, and super understanding if I call on the way and am running a few moments late. Each stylist has been amazing with my children and it’s the only hair place we will go to! They also have an amazing selection of bows! My son always enjoys picking out a toy after and getting a lollipop and bracelet. Today we did my daughters first hair cut and Grace did an INCREDIBLE job at putting together this keepsake in like 3 minutes flat. We tell everyone how much we love shear madness!!

Page demonstrated remarkable patience and understanding while working with my child, ensuring their comfort throughout the entire process. Their friendly and warm demeanor immediately put my child at ease, making the haircut a delightful experience for them. I was impressed by the stylist's attention to detail and their ability to listen attentively to both my child's preferences and my own requests. The final result was beyond my expectations — a stylish and well-executed haircut that perfectly suited my child's personality. Moreover, the salon's atmosphere was welcoming and child-friendly, making the entire visit enjoyable for both my child and me. The cleanliness and professionalism exhibited by the staff further enhanced the overall experience.

My daughter had her first haircut with Karen who was great! We enjoyed her being patient and able to work with a moving toddler! It is a bit of a trap with everything they sell in the waiting area but the kids enjoy it 😂 I do think it’s a bit pricey for a kids cut but the customer service was appreciated.
